Pour 200ml of hot water at 100℃ per tea bag, wait 1 minute and drink.
Sencha from Setouchi is carefully roasted in a rotating drum.
Hojicha is generally deep roasted, but what is interesting is the wide range of light roasts.
We use all five senses when roasting, not only the aroma, but also the amount of smoke produced during roasting and the color of the leaves.
In order to maintain the refreshing feeling of the pesticide-free tea leaves while still maintaining the aroma of Hojicha, we choose a light roast just before deep roasting.
