How to Make a Matcha Latte
Matcha for Latte: 3 g
Cane Sugar: 12 g
Hot Water: 25 g
Lightly mix the matcha and sugar together first to help prevent lumps when the hot water is added.
Add the hot water and whisk well with a chasen or whisk. Strain into a cup, then pour in steamed milk to finish.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
