We carefully roast a blend of stem sencha, grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, in our own small-batch roaster to create this hojicha.
Because the stems carry nutrients through the tea plant, they naturally contain a distinctive sweetness. Even after roasting, that gentle sweetness remains and gives the tea a character unique to stem tea.
This hojicha is defined by its powerful freshly roasted aroma and soft, natural sweetness.

Brewing Instructions
Use 5 g of tea leaves per 150 ml of water.
First infusion:
Use boiling water at 100°C and steep for 30 seconds.
Second infusion:
Use boiling water again and pour immediately without waiting.
Third infusion:
Use boiling water and steep for 1 minute.
Cold Brew
Add approximately 6 g of tea leaves to 500 ml of water and leave to steep slowly in the refrigerator overnight.
