Tea flowers are harvested from tea trees grown without fertilizers and pesticides in the Sera tea plantation.
The sencha we use is pesticide-free and produced in Setouchi, processed at the Sera factory.

[How to brew]
Extract 5g per 100ml at 70°C for 1 minute 10 seconds. For the second brew, wait 30 seconds at 80℃, and for the third brew, pour hot water without waiting.
