Hand-picked and harvested tea sprouts cultivated without fertilizers and pesticides at Sera no Tao tea garden. When you put a drop in your mouth, the sweetness of tortoiseshell candy spreads in your mouth and you can enjoy the rich aftertaste.
White tea is said to be tea in the first year, medicine in the third year, and treasure in the seventh year. If you store it in an unopened state, after half a year, one year, or two years, the taste, aroma, and aftertaste will deepen, so we recommend long-term storage.

[How to brew]
Extract 50ml per 2g at 90-100°C for 30 seconds. For the second brew, wait 40 seconds at 90℃. For the third brew, wait 1 minute at 90℃. For the fourth brew, pour boiling water and wait 2 minutes. If desired, wait 3 minutes for the 5th brew and 5 minutes for the 6th brew.
[Manufacturing method]
Hand-picked and spread thinly on a bamboo colander for at least 10 days. When the sweet scent begins to drift in the room, it is carefully dried at a low temperature at the right timing. The tea leaves are not touched or kneaded except when picked by hand, so fermentation (oxidation) progresses very slowly. Therefore, white tea is also called slightly fermented tea.
