Notice of Release: DEAN & DELUCA × TEA FACTORY GEN 2026 Spring Blend Tea

We have created an original spring blend tea for DEAN & DELUCA.

The base is “Citrus Flower Sencha,” a tea scented with citrus blossoms from Mukaishima in Onomichi City (recipient of the 2025 Japanese Selection Paris Encouragement Award). This is blended with bergamot peel and various dried citrus elements.

In addition, Mr. Ohnishi of Teteria—widely known in the black tea industry—has also created his own original blend.

TEA FACTORY GEN was selected as one of three Japanese tea brands participating in this project.
