We were interviewed by RCC Television for the program Motonari..

In this episode, we guided Tanaka of Ungirls around our shop and introduced him to a variety of teas. The tea he tasted was a fermented black tea made using koji—the same mold used in sake production.

Knowing from our previous meeting that he is a black tea enthusiast, we deliberately prepared something entirely new and unfamiliar, even for someone experienced with black tea.

His reaction was very positive, and the tea was well received.
