Oolong tea cultivated and manufactured by TEA FACTORY GEN.
The tea is cultivated without fertilizers and pesticides in Sera's tea fields, and the youngest shoots are hand-picked to create a fragrant oolong tea.

We harvested and manufactured tea sprouts cultivated without fertilizers and pesticides in the Sera tea plantation.
It is characterized by withering to bring out the scent, and you can enjoy the feeling of a gorgeous peach-like scent remaining in the back of your throat.

By making the degree of fermentation shallow, we have achieved a taste and aroma similar to Taiwanese Baozhong tea. However, it also has a somewhat Japanese tea feel, so it is calming.

Just as an old Chinese document compared tea to “like a refreshing breeze,” this oolong tea goes down smoothly and leaves you feeling refreshed.

If you like, it is also recommended to quickly roast it in a frying pan to give it a deep roasted aroma.

From around the 3rd infusion, the taste muscles change, and you can enjoy the sweetness that comes from withering (fermenting). You can drink up to 5 brews.

[How to brew]

For the first brew, brew 80ml per 2g at 100℃ for 10 seconds.
For the second brew, wait 10 seconds at 100℃, for the third brew, pour boiling water for 15 seconds, and for the fourth brew, pour boiling water and wait 15 seconds. Enjoy the fifth brew in 15 seconds with hot water.


[Manufacturing method]
All the first sprouts that emerged after the winter were harvested by Tezumi, dried in the sun, and then stirred indoors.
The degree of fermentation is kept shallow so that you can enjoy a fresher taste and aroma.

I always make full use of my five senses, such as the temperature I feel with my hands, the scent of the tea leaves, and the temperature and humidity changes due to the weather of the day, and make it in perfect physical condition.
